FAS Advogados reinforces the Tax Planning, Transactional and International Tax area

Focaccia, Amaral e Lamonica Sociedade de Advogados has reinforced its team with the hiring of Juliana Porchat de Assis

Juliana Porchat de Assis (pictured) has extensive professional experience in tax law and has worked for renowned law firms and the Big Four. She has participated in several M&A and corporate reorganization transactions and has been the leader of global tax reorganization projects for foreign and Brazilian multinational companies. And now, she is part of the FAS team as partner and head of the Tax Planning, Transactional and International Taxation area.

Juliana graduated from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU). She studied Business Law at PUC-COGEAE in 2001 and concluded her MBA in Finance at Else School of Management – Millsaps, in the United States, in 2004. She was a partner at Trench Rossi Watanabe.
