Blanchet Advogados welcomes its new senior associate Paulo Lorite, who arrives to reinforce the firm’s Corporate Governance team

Paulo Lorite (pictured) has arrived to reinforce Blanchet Advogados’ Corporate Governance team.

The new senior associate graduated in Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) in 2008, has a post-graduation in Contractual Law from the same University, and specialization in Compliance and M&A.

Paulo practices in the Corporate Law area, focusing on Corporate issues, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets.

He worked for about 7 years in the corporate area of a renowned law firm and for almost 10 years in the corporate legal department of one of the largest companies in the country, having been the coordinator of the Corporate, M&A, Capital Markets, Governance and Compliance areas.
