Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia Investimento no Exterior on the acquisition of a 23% equity stake in Nortec Química S.A.
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised FIP Alta, a fund whose shares are indirectly and wholly owned by Monteiro Aranha S.A.(MASA), in the acquisition of a 23% stake in the capital stock of Nortec Química S.A., the largest manufacturer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (IFAS) in Latin America.
