Machado Meyer Advogados counseled BTG Pactual on investment in Clave Capital, a new asset management company to be led by Rubens Henriques

The deal was a strategic investment by BTG Pactual in the context of the incorporation of Clave Capital, a new asset management company to be led by Rubens Henriques (former CEO of Itaú Asset Management) and other executives with extensive experience and know-how in the financial market.

The investment occurs within a macroeconomic scenario recognized by the emergence of new asset management companies to offer alternatives to a high liquidity scenario. Clave Capital, due to the relevance of its executive and the strategic partnership with BTG Pactual, comes with great market expectations in the segment of multi-strategy asset management and, reinforcing the strong partnerships of BTG Pactual Group.
