Cuatrecasas counsels Inversiones Norte Sur on the sale of its shareholding in Incofin

Cuatrecasas has advised Inversiones Norte Sur on the sale of its stake in Incofin S.A. to Petra Holdings

 Cuatrecasas, through its office in Santiago de Chile, has counselled Inversiones Norte Sur, a stock exchange listed company, on the sale of its shareholding in Incofin S.A., a leading company in the financial sector, to Petra Holdings Group Ltd. The package consists of 9,928 shares, representing 50% of Incofin S.A.’s share capital.

The value of the transaction amounts to 30 million US dollars.

Petra Holdings Group Ltd. is part of BlueCompass Management, a British financial services investment company.

Cuatrecasas’ team was formed by lawyers Roberto Guerrero (pictured left), Tomás Kubick (pictured top righ), Josefina Yávar (pictured bottom right) and Pilar Illanes.
