Lima Netto Carvalho Abreu Mayrink advised startup Clique Retire on investment round that raised R$32 million
The intelligent lockers startup Clique Retire, raised BRL 32 million in an investment round. The resources will make possible to triple the productive capacity of the factory and increase the number of cities served from 38 to 60 this year.
The equipment, called e-boxes, are installed in places with a large influx of people – subway and train stations, shopping malls and gas stations.
The current 250 e-boxes will increase to 1,200 by the middle of this year. The intention is to multiply production tenfold in five years. Clique Retire saw its demand grow 5 times since last year, driven by the acceleration of e-commerce in the pandemic.
The fund raising operation of the startup was assisted by the Lima Netto Carvalho Abreu Mayrink law firm, through partner Rodrigo Lima Netto (pictured).
