Pinheiro Neto Advogados has advised Real Estate Fundo de Investimentos em Participações I Multiestratégia and MF Founders – Fundo de Investimentos em Participações Multiestratégia on the sale of the totality of the shares of MF SS São Caetano do Sul Locação de Espaço S.A., a self-storage company operated by Metrofit, to Tradex Participações e Empreendimentos Ltd..

Tradex, a firm specialized in the acquisition and sale of real estate developments, has acquired all MF São Caetano’s shares, a self-storage company operated by Metrofit, a relevant player in the domestic self-storage industry.
