CMA incorporates new partner in Real Estate Law
Campos Mello Advogados has announced Maria Eduarda Bérgamo as its new Real Estate partner
The new partner of CMa, Maria Eduarda Bérgamo (pictured), will join the firm’s São Paulo office. This is the second time she joins the firm, where she began her career as a trainee.
Maria Eduarda has more than fifteen years of experience in real estate business. She is specialized in purchase and sale transactions of both commercial and logistic real estate assets, in addition to negotiations with foreign governments, transactions for the transfer of stakes in real estate companies, and complex negotiations in this market.
Before joining CMA, Maria Eduarda worked at BMA Advogados for over 10 years and worked as in-house counsel at Brookfield Shopping Centers for approximately 3 years.
She holds a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RIO) and is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and of the Shopping Center Commission of IBRADIM.
