RBTS Sociedade de Advogados has a new partner

Regina Beatriz Tavares da Silva Sociedade de Advogados incorporated Bernardo Spinelli Bessa as partner of the Wealth Planning, Succession Planning and Tax areas

Bernardo Spinelli Bessa (pictured) is the newest partner of Regina Beatriz Tavares da Silva Sociedade de Advogados. Bessa will be responsible for the areas of Estate Planning, Tax and Wealth Planning, focusing on tax issues related to estate and succession planning for individuals, as well as general tax consulting for companies.

Bernardo graduated from the University of São Paulo Law School in 2009 and has a post-graduate degree in Tax Law also from the University of São Paulo, as well as in Corporate Finance from FIA.

The new partner also has 15 years of experience in Tax Law, having worked in large law firms in the Capital of the State of São Paulo and also in the United States. His practice is focused on tax consulting for companies and individuals.
