Bruchou advises Puente on the modification of its Negotiable Obligations

Bruchou, Fernández, Madero & Lombardi has assisted Puente Hnos. in the amendment of its $20m Class I Notes

 Bruchou, Fernández, Madero & Lombardi has advised Puente Hnos. S.A., an Argentine financial services company, in its application for consent to the amendment of certain terms and conditions of its class 1 Notes.

This transaction had a value of $20 million USD, where Puente obtained the consent of 100% of the holders of the Notes to the proposed amendments.

The purpose of this application was to extend the average life of the debt obligations associated with the Notes to comply with Central Bank Communication “A” 7106.

Puente Hnos. S.A. successfully completed a consent solicitation for the amendment of certain terms and conditions of its 8.00% fixed rate class 1 notes issued on 4 June 2019 with original maturity on 4 June 2021, with an original face value of $20,000,000 USD (the “Notes”).
