Lobo de Rizzo Advogados advised YDUQS on the acquisition of 100% of QConcursos

Lobo de Rizzo Advogados advised the educational company Yduqs, which announced the acquisition of QCX Serviços, responsible for Qconcursos.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, QConcursos becomes the first edtech in the education company’s network, and YDUQS surpasses the mark of 1 million students and expands its services and its presence in the digital education ecosystem. It also takes another step towards its strategy of diversification and portfolio expansion, offering products from R$20 to R$20,000 to people at any stage of life or academic trajectory, anywhere in the country.

QConcursos has a 100% digital operation in the area of continuing education and offers preparatory courses, study guides, mock exams and tests for competitive examinations in different careers. The company had revenues of R$70 million in 2020, with positive cash generation.
