TozziniFreire represented Newport Logística Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário and Cescon Barrieu advised Hypera Pharma

Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados advised Hypera Pharma’s Distribution Center in Goiânia on its sale to Newport Logística Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, represented by TozziniFreire Advogados. The transaction value was R$231.46 million.

The acquisition was implemented with payment in equity and debt, involving the issue of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables – CRIs to finance part of the acquisition.
