Barros & Errázuriz assists Asset Chile with building acquisition

Barros & Errázuriz has advised Asset Chile on the purchase of a building and due diligence

 Barros & Errázuriz has assisted Asset Chile in the negotiation and drafting of the purchase and sale agreement for a 20-storey building, as well as in the due diligence of the title deeds of the properties where the building is located, the urban aspects of the building, the determination of the guidelines of the co-ownership regulations, and a legal due diligence of the owner company.

This transaction was closed on May 31st, in which B&E also advised on the preparation of all documents related to the acquisition of the building units and the financing of the purchase.

The building is part of a real estate project comprising two towers, located on Juan Mitjans Street, in the Macul district, Metropolitan Region, comprising 239 residential flats, 62 warehouses and 140 parking spaces for residential rental.
