Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Etsy on its acquisition of Elo7 for more than BRL 1 billion
The American company Etsy has announced an agreement to acquire Elo7, the Brazilian marketplace for handmade products.
The value of the deal is US$217 million. The law firm Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Etsy, which, with the deal, consolidates its entry in the Brazilian market.
Founded in 2008 and headquartered in São Paulo, Elo7 offers an e-commerce platform specialized in copyrighted products.
