Cuatrecasas advises Orion Fibra E on highway acquisition in Mexico

Cuatrecasas advised Orion Fibra E on the purchase of Desarrollos Carreteros del Estado de Durango in Mexico

 Cuatrecasas has advised Orión Fibra E, an energy and infrastructure investment trust, on the acquisition of Desarrollos Carreteros del Estado de Durango, S.A. de C.V. (Decarred), a concessionaire of 10 toll-free highway sections located in the State of Durango, Mexico.

This transaction had a value of 1,578.2 million mexican pesos, and was completed following the exercise of subscription rights by the holders of the energy and infrastructure investment trust certificates, identified by the ticker symbol “FORION 20”.

Orion Fibra E is a financial instrument created in 2015 to make investments in the energy and infrastructure sector.
