Machado Meyer Advogados advised Compass Minerals America do Sul and Compass Minerals do Brasil

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Compass Minerals America do Sul Indústria e Comércio Ltda. and Compass Minerals do Brasil Ltda. in the sale of 50% of the shares issued by Fermavi Eletroquímica Ltda. to the shareholder Mr. Fernando César Fernandes.

The transaction is part of a long-term plan by the Compass group that allows the group to focus on a more targeted portfolio aligned with the products of other companies in the group, resulting in global alignment and reducing internal inefficiencies.
