TozziniFreire Advogados represented the Magazine Luiza group in the acquisition of all the shares of Plus Delivery Soluções Tecnológicas Ltda., by Aiqfome Ltda., a subsidiary of Magazine Luiza focused on food delivery.

Plus Delivery is a start-up that developed a food delivery application, with a strong presence in the state of Espírito Santo. This business has a key role in Magazine Luiza’s development in the food delivery market.

TozziniFreire Advogados counted with partner Maria Medeiros Bofill (pictured) who led the work along with associates Daniel Born Roman, Bruna Braga Luz Oliveira and Caio Henrique Wisniewski.
