Machado Meyer Advogados advised Ouro Verde Locação e Serviço S.A. in the issuance of debentures amounting to BRL300 million

Ouro Verde held its 10th issue of simple, unsecured, non-convertible debentures, of a single series, for public distribution, with restricted placement efforts, in accordance with CVM Instruction 476, of three hundred thousand debentures totaling R$300,000,000.00.

Machado Meyer law firm was the sole legal advisor of the transaction in the debentures issue of Ouro Verde Locação e Serviços S.A, a Brazilian company, specialized in heavy machinery and equipment rental services and light vehicle fleet outsourcing, with more than 47 years of experience in the market.

The funds obtained by the company with the offering will be used in the normal course of its business and will be used to replenish Ouro Verde’s cash position.
