Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the underwriters on the issue by Petrobras Global Finance B.V. of senior notes in the amount of USD 1,500,000,000. The notes mature in 2051, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Petróleo Brasileiro S.A.
