Estudio O’Farrell promotes new partner
Estudio O’Farrell has appointed Ignacio A. Castiglione as new partner in the Labour Law area
Ignacio, who started at the firm as a junior lawyer in 2011, joins José Luis to lead the labour law practice, bringing his skills in both advisory services and the management of the labour litigation portfolio.
In this regard, Ignacio mentioned that “thanks to the permanent support of José Luis Zapata, partner in charge of the area, I was able to develop my career within the firm”. For his part, José Luis said that “Ignacio’s appointment is really well deserved, not only from a human point of view, considering his personal qualities, but also for being an outstanding professional.”

Ignacio holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, a Master’s degree in “Labour Law and International Labour Relations” from the Universidad Nacional Tres de Febrero (UNTREF) and a Master’s degree in “Law and Economics” from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
His practice has focused on labour advice to different companies related to the automotive, electric energy, oil and gas, textile, tourism, IT, insurance, pharmaceutical, retail, construction and telecommunications industries, among others; as well as the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with trade unions, complex labour litigation and labour advice in merger and acquisition processes.
