Law firm trio in the sale of AMO to DASA for BRL750m
Machado Meyer, Lefosse and Pinheiro Neto acted on the sale of Clínica AMO to Ímpar Serviços Hospitalares (DASA), announced by H.I.G Capital for BRL 750 million
Diagnósticos da América S.A., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Ímpar Serviços Hospitalares S.A., has acquired shares representing 100% of the capital stock issued by Paquetá S.A. and AMO Participações S.A., parent companies of GEM Assistência Médica Especializada S.A., which provides oncology services under the name of AMO Clinics, in the states of Bahia, Sergipe and Rio Grande do Norte.
The closing of the transaction is subject to compliance with the usual conditions precedent for this type of operation. The The value of the sale was R$ 750,000,000.00.
