Santos Neto Advogados announces Matheus Zilioti as new Capital Markets partner

Santos Neto Advogados’ Capital Markets department has just gained a new partner: Matheus Zilioti (pictured), a professional with more than 10 years of experience in serving national and foreign clients from the most diverse segments in the structuring of financing and funding operations.

At Santos Neto Advogados, Zilioti will work in the areas of Capital Markets, Investment Funds, Banking Law, Contracts and Project Finance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in Commercial Law from USP, and took an extension course in finance and accounting at the University of La Verne.
