Azevedo Sette Advogados advised a foreign private investor in the sale of 100% of its equity interest in the diagnosis company IN Vitro Diagnóstica Ltda to the company’s executive members.

The transaction includes the assumption of the target company’s debts and the repayment of loans. The payment of the purchase price is secured by the pledge of shares and the amount was not disclosed.
