Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados has advised ITST on its sale to SoftwareOne

FLH Advogados, with its M&A team, has completed the sale of ITST, a Brazilian infrastructure, systems integration, mobile application and SAP performance company, to SoftwareONE, a leading global provider of software and technology platforms, solutions and services.

FLH Advogados was joined by partners Vitor Henriques (pictured left), Gabriela Sella (pictured right and associate Fernanda Peixoto.

SoftwareONE was represented by Veirano Advogados.
