Machado Meyer Advogados advises BTG Pactual on ViaOeste debentures issue

Machado Meyer Advogados advised BTG Pactual on the eighth issue of debentures of Concessionária de Rodovias do Oeste de São Paulo – Viaoeste S.A.

The firm Machado Meyer Advogados advised the coordinators Banco BTG Pactual in the eighth issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, unsecured, with additional fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, of Concessionária de Rodovias do Oeste de São Paulo – ViaOeste S.A., in the total amount of R$ 450 million.
