Lefosse Advogados assisted Vero in the connection with the acquisition of Neorede, a company that operates in the sector of multimedia communication services, among other activities.

The acquisition is part of Vero’s strategy to strengthen and diversify its services through the expansion of its operations. The closing of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions.
