Pinheiro Neto represented the bookrunners Banco BTG Pactual S.A. – Cayman Agency, Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc., Rabo Securities USA, Inc. in Minerva senior notes issue

Pinheiro Neto Advogados represented Banco BTG Pactual S.A. – Cayman Branch, Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc., Rabo Securities USA, Inc, which were the bookrunners in the issuance of US$ 400,000,000 senior notes due 2031 issued by Minerva Luxembourg S.A. unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Minerva S.A. (Brazilian) and Athena Foods S.A. (Chilean), representing an additional issue of 4.375% senior notes of the issuer due 2031.
