Demarest assists SBLA in investment of BRL175m in Cobli
Demarest Advogados advised SBLA Advisers Corp. – Softbank on investment of R$175 million in Concierge Blindado Serviços Automotivos Ltda.
Demarest advised SBLA Advisers Corp. – Softbank leading the Series B investment of R$175 million (US$35 million) in Concierge Blindado Serviços Automotivos Ltda. – Cobli, a fleet management logtech.
The most part of the investment was provided by SoftBank and the remainder was provided by Qualcomm Ventures, NXTP Ventures, Fifth Wall and Valor Capital, which were already investors of Cobli.
Demarest Advogados had partners Luciana Tornovsky (pictured left) and Tatiana Campello (pictured right) and associates Fabio Tayar, Flávia Sette, Kelvin Williamson, Luiza Peralta, Marina Zago, Rodrigo Nascimento Salem and Rodrigo Tozo.
