Lefosse advises Bagy on its sale to Tray
Lefosse Advogados advised Bagy Soluções de Comércio Digital Ltda. and the shareholders on the sale of the company to Tray Tecnologia em Ecommerce Ltda.
Lefosse Advogados advised Bagy Soluções de Comércio Digital Ltda. and its founding shareholders Pedro Rabelo Ferreira Silva, Tiago Pires de Assis Amaral and Marcelo de Barros Alves in the sale of 100% of Bagy’s capital stock to Tray Tecnologia em Ecommerce Ltda., a subsidiary of Locaweb Serviços de Internet S.A.
With this acquisition, Bagy joins Tray and Dooca e-commerce platforms for small and medium enterprises, and Locaweb consolidates itself as the most complete ecosystem for the digitalization of this audience in Brazil.
Furthermore, through Bagy, Locaweb will be able to offer value-added services such as Yapay, Best Shipping and Bling to Bagy’s entire customer base.
