Taiul & Chequer advises underwriters on debentures issue by CCR
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised the underwriters in a debentures issue to finance the implementation of the “Via Costeira Project”
The Capital Markets practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as advisor to Banco Santander (Brasil) SA, UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and Banco Bradesco BBI SA, in the 15th issue of debentures by CCR S.A., in the amount of R$545,000.00, to finance the implementation of the “Via Costeira Project”, a 30-year concession of 220.4 km of toll roads in the State of Santa Catarina.
The debentures are classified as project debentures and have the tax benefits according to Article 2 of Law 12.431/11.
The team was formed by partners Luis Montes (pictured left) and Carlos Motta (pictured right), associate Thatiana Siqueira, and interns Camila Spinola and Daniel Barbosa.
