Lobo de Rizzo Advogados advised Anemus Wind Holding S.A. in its 1st issue of debentures of Anemus Wind Holding S.A., non-convertible into shares, unsecured, to be converted into debentures with collateral and personal guarantee, subject to a condition subsequent, with restricted placement efforts, in a single series, under CVM Instruction No. 476, in the total amount of BRL 475,000,000.00.
