Machado Meyer counsels RuasInvest on the sale of Otima’s shares to Eletromídia

Machado Meyer Advogados advised RuasInvest Participações S.A. on the sale of 51% of the total capital of Otima to Eletromídia

Machado Meyer Advogados advised RuasInvest Participações S.A. in the sale of 51% of the total capital of Otima Concessionária de Exploração de Mobiliário Urbano S.A. to Publibanca, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eletromidia S.A.

Eletromidia will also acquire all the shares of Otima held by Rádio e Televisão Bandeirantes de Minas Gerais Ltda. and Kalítera Engenharia Ltda.

After the execution of all the preceding conditions, Eletromidia will indirectly own 74.65% of Otima’s shares. As RuasInvest will continue to be a minority shareholder of Otima, we also advised them with a Shareholders’ Agreement with Publibanca.
