Bronstein Zilberberg advises Laboratório APC on its sale to Hermes Pardini

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised APC (Apoio em Patologia Cirúrgica) laboratory

The Hermes Pardini Institute has fully acquired the APC (Apoio em Patologia Cirúrgica) laboratory, for R$ 19.5 million.

APC is a laboratory focused on immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization panels. With the acquisition, the Hermes Pardini Group intends to expand the offer of specialized services in oncology.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Laboratório APC with the support of the team formed by partner Sergio Bronstein (pictured) and associates Thiago Oliveira and Victoria Auada.
