Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised QuintoAndar, the second largest startup in Brazil, on the purchase of Atta Franchising, a real estate credit specialist

QuintoAndar, a housing platform, has acquired Atta Franchising, a company in the real estate credit segment. The goal of the acquisition is to increase the speed and improve the quality of the platform’s home financing process.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados team that advised QuintoAndar was composed of partners Pedro Chueiri (pictured) and associates Pedro Cordelli, Gabriel Junqueira, and intern Laura Parolin.
