SoftwareONE, a leading global provider of end-to-end software solutions and cloud technology, acquired ITST, a specialist in professional and managed SAP services including cloud strategy consulting, architecture assessment, migration and administration.

Veirano Advogados represented SoftwareONE with the presence of partner Alberto Orleans e Bragança (photo) and partner Ursula Mata-Xavier.
