Machado Meyer Advogados assisted Unifique Telecomunicações S.A. in the process of registration as a public company and registration of an initial public offering

Unifique Telecomunicações S.A. relied on Machado Meyer Advogados as legal advisors to assist in the process of registration as a publicly traded company and registration of an initial public offering of shares, according to the CVM instruction No. 400.

The offering is still in progress and within the stabilization period, which may trigger the option of overallotment of the shares.
