Veirano Advogados assisted Danfoss that acquired US$ 3.3 billion of Eaton’s hydraulics business

Veirano Advogados assisted Danfoss which acquired Eaton’s hydraulics business for $3.3 billion. Eaton’s hydraulics business will be combined with the Danfoss Power Solutions business segment, doubling the size of Danfoss’ hydraulics operations.

The transaction involved law firms from several jurisdictions.
