Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA S.A., as lead bookrunner, and XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. on the 7th issuance of Financial Notes of Paraná Banco S.A..
The transaction was structured according to CVM’s Resolution 8, in the total amount of R$ 459,300,000.00.
The net proceeds raised through the issuance will be used by Paraná Banco to enhance its consigned credit portfolio business.
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as bookrunners’ adviser with partner Roberto Pekelman Rusu (pictured), helped by partner Marina Lipener Fenerich and associates Gisele Surkamp and Maria Fernanda Giorgi.
