Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised LogComex on USD 10.3 million investment round
LogComex received a USD 10.3 million capital injection (about R$53.6 million) in a Series A funding round by Alexia Ventures, Igah Ventures, Scale-Up Ventures, Caravela Capital and Invest Tech.
In business since 2016, Curitiba-based LogComex offers technology solutions to provide more intelligence in Foreign Trade.
The company, founded in 2016, started its operation bringing digital transformation to ports and bonded warehouses, later expanding to logistics operators such as cargo agents, ship owners and airlines.
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados relied on partner Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured) and associates Giuliana Primati, Flávia Kasai and Lucca Martins in advising LogComex.
