Honorato Delaveau has assisted Banchile in the placement of a $115 million real estate investment fund

 Chilean law firm, Honorato Delaveau, has advised Banchile Inversiones Administradora General de Fondos S.A., in the largest placement ever made by a real estate income investment fund to invest abroad.

This investment was valued at $115 million US dollars, making it the largest overseas real estate income fund raised up to date.

Honorato Delaveau’s team was formed by the firm’s director, Carlos Frias (pictured left), and senior associate Juan Andrés Larrondo (pictured right).
