Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Spal Indústria Brasileira de Bebidas S.A. and Rio de Janeiro Refrescos Ltda. on the acquisition of 100% of Therezópolis
Spal Indústria Brasileira de Bebidas S.A. and Rio de Janeiro Refrescos Ltda. have acquired 100% of Therezópolis, including the beer brand, formula, domain names and all related rights, as part of a growth strategy in the Brazilian beer market.
The transaction is pending approval by CADE.
