Machado Meyer advises coordinators in Algar debentures issue

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A preparing, negotiating and reviewing the offer documents

The deal is the 11th issue of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, in double series, of species without additional collateral, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, by Algar Telecom S.A., in the total amount of R$ 700 million.

Machado Meyer acted as attorney for Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., and counted with the partner Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured) and lawyers Ana Carolina Carpegiani Peyres Neves and Mariana Ferreira Rodrigues.
