Cescon Barrieu assists Premium Saúde in its sale to Hapvida

Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Premium Saúde S.A. and its shareholder

The health insurance company Premium Saúde was bought by Hapvida Participações e Investimentos, through its subsidiary Hapvida Assistência Médica Ltda.

The transaction, in the amount of R$144,664,732.60, was approved by Cade. The amount is subject to net debt adjustments after the closing date.

The Cescon Barrieu team was led by partners Frederico Viana Rodrigues (pictured left) and Gabriel Seijo Leal (pictured right), associates Eduardo Augusto Caixeta Menezes, Luiz Philipe Nardy Nascimento, Thales Ticle Ferreira Bertho, Lucas Silveira Corrêa, and Ana Beatriz and Miguel Hess.
