Demarest Advogados assisted the partners of Vitrio Consultoria Ltda. and Vitrio Publicidade Ltda., companies that form a complete group of digital agencies focused on performance, in the sale of up to 60% of the capital stock of the companies to B/Network Participações Ltda.
The transaction, whose value was not disclosed, comprises a previous corporate reorganization, a primary sale of a 5% stake and other scheduled call/sale options representing up to 60% of the companies’ capital stock.
