Pinheiro Neto Advogados advises Banco Citibank on BRL 1.8 billion debentures issue by UTE GNA
UTE GNA I Geração de Energia issued BRL 1,800,000,000.00 incentive debentures with restricted efforts according to Instruction 476, with additional personal guarantee, to be converted into guaranteed debentures, in a single series, maturing in 2039.
Banco BTG Pactual S.A. was lead underwriter, Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., Banco ABC Brasil S.A. and Banco BNP Paribas Brasil S.A were the underwriters. Vórtx Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda. acted as fiduciary agent. Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social – BNDES was the structuring agent and Banco Citibank S.A. was the collateral and escrow agent.
