Cescon Barrieu assists the sale of Copel Telecom for BRL 2,5 bn
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Copel in the completion of the sale of its telecom subsidiary to the Bordeaux Participações group, for R$2.5 billion
Cescon Barrieu has advised Copel (Companhia Paranaense de Energia) in the sale of 100% of the shares issued by Copel Telecomunicações S.A., a telecommunications company in the state of Paraná, Brazil, in an auction process on the Brazilian stock exchange B3.
The divestment auction – as this process was named by Copel – was won by Bordeaux Participações, for R$2.5 billion.
The firm’s partners were Cristina Bueno (pictured left) and Roberto Lima (pictured right); associates Vitor Stern, Andreia Gonçalves, Francisco Figueira, Júlia Mendonça, Rodolpho Clemente, Matheus Vieira, and Erika Souza.
