Machado Meyer acts in the issuance of REC bonds
Machado Meyer Advogados acted on the 1st issuance of bonds of REC Duque de Caxias I S.A
The public offering, with restricted placement efforts, of 150,000 debentures, of the 1st issue of REC Duque de Caxias I S.A., according to the CVM Instruction 476, had a total value of R$150 million.
The deal involved the financing of the company’s storage facilities for the logistics and distribution segment.
Machado Meyer advised REC Duque de Caxias I S.A., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., and had the partner Eduardo Castro (pictured) and lawyers Karina Tiaki Momose, Raquel Aguiar Dias Barcelos Coutinho.
