Acquisition of the total stake owned by Brazauro Resources Corporation in Brazauro Recursos Minerais S.A., a company that holds the mineral rights corresponding to the Tocantinzinho Project for gold, in the Tapajós region, State of Pará, Brazil.

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados advised G Mining Ventures and had the partner Adriano Drummond Cançado Trindade (pictured) and associates Eugênia Maria Menezes Pedroso and Ye Lin Kim.
