Trench Rossi Watanabe has represented Mercedes-Benz in the sale of its automobile plant

The law firm Trench Rossi Watanabe has represented Mercedes-Benz in the sale of its automobile plant, located in Iracemápolis (SP), to the Chinese Great Wall Motors (GWM).

Part of the brand’s global strategy focused on the optimization of the worldwide production network, the operation was led by the partner from the Corporate & Finance area Anna Mello (pictured) who commented on the negotiations that led to the success of the transaction. “We had the involvement of a multidisciplinary team to cover the various stages of structuring the deal in the best way, from drafting the proposal to the final negotiations.

Anna Mello was supported by associates Paula Alonso, Miguel Damous, Jane Yang, and Marcel Nunes.
