Mattos Filho Advogados represented the underwriters XP Investimentos Corretora De Cambio, Titulos E Valores Mobiliarios S/A.; Banco Itaú BBA S.A.; Citigroup Global Markets Brasil, Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. in the initial public offering of primary and secondary distribution of shares issued by Vittia Fertilizantes e Biológicos S.A. and owned by Brasil Sustentabilidade – Fundo de investimento em participações multiestratégia, in the amount of R$382,000,003.00, with restricted distribution efforts.
